Healthy Business is managed by Doncaster Chamber of Commerce and Enterprise
Healthy Business works closely with Doncaster Primary Care Trust to deliver specialist services which promote Health at work.
The Neighbourhood Renewal Unit (NRU) provides funding for Healthy Business. They are responsible for overseeing the Governments neighbourhood renewal strategy which intends to respond to circumstances at a local level. The NRU are responsible for a variety of initiatives intended to fight deprivation in specific areas across the country.
The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents is a registered charity. As a member of RoSPA Healthy Business has access to a wealth of resources that can assist you with ensuring the Health, Safety and Welfare of your employees at work.
The Condition Management Programme (CMP) is a voluntary programme, developed to help people better understand and manage their health condition and develop self confidence and practical skills to help them back towards returning to work now, or in the future.
An example of such a service would be the Improving Access to Psychological Therapies team (IAPT) The IAPT service helps people in Doncaster to access talking therapies quickly and easily. Healthy Business in conjunction with IAPT have been proactively promoting Stress Management in the workplace. |
